You’ve just found a rarity! Leadstone Camping is a traditional, uncommercialised EnjoyEngland.com 3* Touring and Camping site. It's beautifully located and near a Blue Flag sandy beach and Nature Reserve. (Just 10 minutes safe walk along a pavement).
We have built a reputation for our friendly, personal approach and are always ready to help with your questions and problems. Andrew and Sarah whose family have owned and personally managed the site since 1974, look forward to welcoming you - together with lots of familiar faces we see year after year. Book for a few days and you will want to stay a week or more! Onsite Facilities - 29 Tourers, 108 Tents, 70 Hookups, Toilets, Showers, Chemical Disposal Point, Dish-washing, Credit Cards Accepted, Pets Allowed, Children's Play Area, Food Shop, Gas, Laundrette, Motor homes and Rallies welcome. Just turn off Warren Road and discover our green oasis. You are at once surrounded with gentle grassy slopes, mature trees, hedges and flowers. Wherever you are on the Park, you'll find you're not far away from the amenities and the facilities you would expect from a Four Star Holiday Park. We welcome Tents and Trailer Tents at Peppermint Park. All of our pitches are individually marked on a mostly level grassy area, on either elevated terraces or tree lined avenues. Pitches can be with or without electric hook up facilities, and in high season we can also offer "casual camping pitches" which require no pre-booking, just turn up, pay and pitch. The Park's outdoor heated swimming pool (open late May to September) and The Peppermint Club are both available to all our guests free of charge. Coarse fishing is available at Peppermint Water throughout the year as well as at the many local fisheries. Sea fishing and angling are also nearby at both Dawlish and Starcross. Just 680m from the Park, there are two miles of safe, sandy beach backed by Dawlish Warren's National Nature Reserve and the 18 hole Warren Golf Club. We offer modern facilities including toilet and shower blocks with free hot water, modern laundry facilities, covered washing-up areas, Mother and baby rooms, Disabled guests also have their own self contained facilities accessed by the R.A.D.A.R. key.
