The perfect location for everyone
Located near the blue flag beach, just a short level walk away from all the activities at Dawlish Warren Beach resort with a fun park and go-karts, shops and food outlets and also, a little further along the beach, you will find the peace and seclusion of the national nature reserve. The park entrance is on the exe estuary cycle route and South West Coast path and both are wonderful ways to see the pretty Devon scenery, stopping along the way at nearby Cockwood harbour for a drink and some fresh local seafood.
Dartmoor national park, the cathedral city of Exeter, Torbay and the English Riviera and many theme parks and family attractions make for some great days out during your stay.
Dogs can stay too
Parts of the beach are dog friendly all year round and we also have a range of designated dog friendly accommodation, including our Oakwood lodges. The rest of our accommodation is guaranteed dog free.
