Welcome Family is located just a few minutes level walk from the award winning Blue Flag beach and Dawlish Warren nature reserve. It is also within easy reach of a host of local attractions and places of interest for great days out. If you are travelling by car we are only 20 minutes from the motorway, but if you are looking for a car free holiday then look no further because Dawlish Warren Train Station is only short level walk away. Stagecoach local buses to Teignmouth, Torquay.and St Marychurch stop close to the park.
Evenings can be spent relaxing whilst enjoying some great entertainment in The Cruisers Club or visiting some of the local hostelries within easy walking distance.
The Tropicana heated indoor pool complex has four pools, a fun pool, sports pool, whirlpool and toddlers splash pool. So, whether you want a serious swim or just a splash around, there’s a pool for you and whatever the weather. There is also crazy golf, a sports ground and playground.
Self-catering accommodation sleeping from 4 – 9 people is available to suit every taste and budget, ranging from spacious Casita Lodges, to the comfortable Wavesurfer Bungalows to the budget Moonlight Caravans. These are fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer and TV and are attractively situated in colourful landscaped gardens.

Pets are welcome in selected holiday homes for an additional charge. The surrounding area offers some lovely walks for dogs, including parts of Dawlish Warren blue flag beach which allows dogs all year round.
Please note that park facilities are closed between November and January.
