Prof. David Bellamy visits Dawlish Warren
On the 31st August 2007 we were fortunate enough to have a visit from the world renowned botanist Dr David Bellamy! He enjoyed his walk around the Warren and was impressed with the way that nature can interact with humans and all can exist together. A mixture of conservation at the Dawlish Warren National Nature Reserve and a Blue Flag Beach resort working in harmony to give you an all round experience, wherever your interest lies.
"Perfick" ....
...is how world famous naturalist David Bellamy described Dawlish Warren when he visited in 2007.
Dawlish Warren is not only here for all the fun that a holiday is about, we also have some lovely scenery and many places that wildlife can be found. The "Warren" has a nature reserve that is amongst the best in the country, the sea and dunes with natural flora and fauna make a day here an ideal way to unwind.
